Anna Nicole Smith buried with Ex-Husband's ashes

NASSAU - The fight continues over Anna Nicole Smith, her son Daniel, and her daughter Dannielynn. 

Anna Nicole Smith, finally laid to rest. But, the fight over her body, her son's body, and her daughter.  She's buried with her late husband's ashes, her mother wants her body exhumed, her first husband wants their son's body exhumed, and everyone's fighting over her daughter.

On Friday, Anna Nicole Smith was buried with the ashes of her late husband Howard Marshall II. At the funeral, Howard K Stern lashed out at Smith's "so-called family members" (as he referred to them) for trying to stop the burial. He was primarily referring to Anna's mom, Virgie Arthur. A judge had recently denied Virgie's request to stop the burial.

Now that Anna has been buried, Virgie plans to have the body exhumed.

There are more twists to the story. Anna Nicole Smith's first husband, Billy Smith, says that he plans to do the same with their deceased son, Daniel Wayne Smith. Billy wants Daniel buried in Texas.
