Reports has been collecting input from homeowners in the Greater
Atlanta area since 2001 regarding various home improvement and
service contractors they've used.
Over the last
four years throughout the Greater Atlanta area, the ONLY
Discount HVAC Service Provider or Air Conditioning Repair and/or
replacement contractor that provided any meaningful deviation
from charging customers as much money as possible to get their
air conditioning system repaired and/or replaced in the hot
summer season has been a company originally called "AC
Locators."
In January of
2006, when minimal SEER ratings went from SEER 10 to SEER 13 to
increase HVAC efficiency and draw less power during peak
seasons. As air conditioning systems began
failing in the field as they reached the end of their natural
service life, ONLY AC Locators went out of their way to find the
remaining SEER 10 systems for homeowners to help save them
up to 50% on their repair costs.
Atlanta-HomeReports.com received
over 1000 emails from individuals commending the employees of AC
Locators for working so hard to ultimately receive a lesser
paycheck. We received many more emails condemning the 50%
increase in repair costs to air conditioning systems from the
new SEER rating initiated by our Federal Government.
Many of those emails were concerned with the
fact that they spent a great deal more money on their new
systems with the higher SEER ratings but their power bills
continued to increase.
AC Locators now calls themselves "AC
Discounters" and also go by the name "Superior Heating
and Air." The company has forged a partnership to
take all the methods and knowledge they've learned to help
families and homeowners save a great deal more money on their
HVAC repairs, replacements and usage of their systems throughout
the Southeast.
The newly formed partnership has also gained
enough strength in the market to begin offering double the
warranty on HVAC systems and provide fully warranted labor services
as well. Their announcement of their new product line is
set for early May of 2008.
