ABOUT ATLANTA HOME REPORTS

Atlanta Home Reports© is supported solely by local Online news media.  We receive absolutely no advertising funds from any outside companies or organizations.  We have no affiliation with any contracting companies, make no specific recommendations, warranties or guarantees.

Our objective is to help area homeowners share their positive home improvement experiences to help them receive as much value for their investment dollar as possible.  We also try to help Atlanta area homeowners avoid local contractors who may not be so reputable.

Other "Home Reporting" companies disguise themselves as consumer advocates, but merely push their advertisers as the best home improvement contractors in the area.  This is NOT the case at "Atlanta-HomeReports.com©."  We report our findings to Atlanta area homeowners no matter what the outcome.

"Bureaus" often solicit "membership fees" and "contributions" from area contractors for inclusions and favorable findings in their organizations.  In fact, very often, their solicitors (or telemarketers) often work on commission.  Disputes are often handled in a questionable manner and resolutions are close to  meaningless when they're reported by companies that made monetary contributions.

How can an organization claim to be unbiased when their sole source of income is derived from the companies they claim to report upon?

Atlanta Home Reports© encourages all Atlanta area homeowners who have recently used the services of local contractors to share their experiences, both good and bad - so that others may benefit from them.

More - on Atlanta-HomeReports.com

ATLANTA - Atlanta-HomeReports.com has been collecting input, both positive and negative, from homeowners throughout the Greater Atlanta area since 2001.  During this period, we've been working with our Online news media partners in collect data - not only on various residential siding products utilized over the last several decades, but information on the original home builders and various siding contractors as well.

Atlanta-HomeReports.com has received over 100,000 emails so far this year alone, from local homeowners regarding the topic of residential siding.  More than 90% of the emails we've received directed their inquiries and comments towards HardiPlank and/or fiber cement siding while some individuals did inquire or share their experiences regarding vinyl siding.

Atlanta-HomeReports.com receives most of our emails from local Online news media sources and this Website is an ongoing compilation of the emails we have received over the last seven years.  We currently receive an average of ten thousand emails each week from homeowners either requesting information regarding home improvement projects they're planning in the near future or are experiences local homeowners wish to share with other homeowners through our efforts.

When individual homeowners' experiences are generally positive in nature, typically they'll want to share those experiences with others in hopes of 1) Generating more business for the contractors they used, 2) Generating similar positive results for others and/or 3) Preventing other homeowners from experiencing negative results and possibly wasting their valuable time and/or money.

In the event of a home improvement project bearing results that may be perceived by the homeowner to be somewhat negative in nature, Atlanta-HomeReports.com will make an attempt to resolve any conflict or dispute that the effort may have generated at absolutely no cost to either party.  Atlanta-HomeReports.com accepts absolutely no responsibility or liability on behalf of either party.

Atlanta-HomeReports.com makes every attempt to keep track of any and all such conflicts and disputes and actively seeks out patterns of similar sets of negative circumstances, multiple occurrences of negative results from any such person, groups of people or organizations and reserves the right to publicly report any such pattern of circumstances or individuals.

While we've encouraged partnering local Online news media sources to probe their reader base from time to time in various ways, readers were at no time compensated in any way, nor was any information gathering effort ever directed by some hidden agenda.  Atlanta-HomeReports.com has been keeping their eyes and ears open, have remained completely objective in hopes of serving homeowners and the readers of our partnering Online news media Websites well.

Many experiences have been positive, some have been negative, but all have been extremely valuable to us in helping Atlanta area homeowners help each other get the best value for their home improvement dollar and hopefully not get taken advantage of.

Greater Atlanta is currently comprised of 23 counties and over 100 cities and areas.  The number of homes throughout Greater Atlanta is staggering and the number of companies that performed services on these home over the years could boggle the mind.

Most important, the amount of money spent each year, fixing homes that have fallen apart because of inferior "builder's grade" materials is in the billions of dollars in the Atlanta area alone.  The last thing homeowners need today, in these tough times, are to have to pay for their home repairs and improvements more than once.

We invite you to view our findings and hope that we were able to be of service to you.
